Zix Secure Email
The Oskaloosa Community School District is using Zix to securely send emails that contain sensitive information.
Depending on the recipients email provider, it may deliver the email either Zix to Zix, or through TLS and just show a blue banner on the email stating it was sent securely using Zix.
Or it may require the recipient to use our Zix Portal to read the email. The first time, the user will need to register for an account, then that account will be used for any future secure emails.
