There is an increase in the amount of emails we all are getting regarding COVID-19, whether they look like they are from the CDC, or are for online learning, or working from home. Please be diligent about evaluating emails you get to make sure they are legitimate.

Go directly to software websites instead of clicking links to see if they have information on their site instead, or that matches. If you get emails from software companies you don't already use, be extremely diligent about checking those.

Never put in a username and password unless you know it's the right website. They can make them look alike, so check the URLs to make sure it's their site.
