The Agriculture Products and Processing II class has been learning about food quality, safety, and selection. Their learning culminated in designing and running a “food truck!” Students had to create their own food truck design, theme, menu, menu selection, and safely prepare a quality product.
This was the first year of offering this course and project, students had lots of fun and learned various life skills and lessons in the process. Students’ food trucks included D and J Eats (Burgers), Burgerz on Wheelz (Burgers), Premium Spoonful (grilled cheese), and Taco Captain (Taco/Nacho Bar). Great job to all students who participated in this awesome project!
